The Problem We Solve
Why Grace Trace Ministries Exists
Texas has one of the highest incarceration rates in the United States. Every year tens of thousands of individuals are released with nowhere to go. Without stable housing within the first 72 hours of release the likelihood of reoffending increases dramatically. Veterans face similar challenges — thousands of Texas veterans experience homelessness every year despite the sacrifices they made for our country.
Individuals with disabilities and young adults aging out of foster care face equally significant housing gaps. Grace Trace Ministries sits at the intersection of massive community need and strategic opportunity — providing structured, dignified, private housing that gives every resident a genuine chance to rebuild their life and contribute to our community.
