Grace Trace Ministries helps government agencies reduce barriers to successful reentry by providing safe, structured residential housing combined with accountability, case management, employment readiness, and individualized support. Our programs are designed to help agencies confidently place eligible individuals into environments focused on stability, compliance, and long-term independence.
No shared sleeping spaces — ever. Every resident has their own private room. Dignity is not optional here. It is a standard.
Curfew checks, sign in/sign out logs, daily routines, and house meetings keep residents on track every single day.
Individualized Service Plans from day one. Weekly case manager check-ins. Goals set, tracked, and documented throughout residency.
Active job search requirements, employer connections, resume assistance, and employment verification built into every program.
Residents supported in getting to parole appointments, court dates, VA visits, job interviews, and employment.
Zero tolerance policy. Random testing at any time. Refusal treated as a positive result. Full documentation maintained.
Documented resident progress available to approved referring agencies. Incident reports submitted same day.
Dedicated intake coordination and consistent communication with parole officers, courts, VA coordinators, and partners.
Permanent housing planning begins at move-in. Every resident exits with a documented plan and housing secured.
We walk alongside residents through to permanent housing stability and long-term independence.

Structured transitional housing for returning citizens. Accountability, drug testing, employment assistance, and life skills training while providing a safe environment to thrive in.
Immediate placement and wraparound support for homeless veterans through VA coordination and benefits navigation.
Specialized residential care for deaf-blind individuals with trained Interveners providing individualized daily support.
24-hour supervised residential care for adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities and elderly individuals.
Life skills, financial literacy, employment readiness, and housing support for young adults transitioning to independence.
