Housing Solutions for Every Journey

Structured transitional housing for individuals returning from state or federal incarceration. We provide accountability, programming, and a genuine path forward.

Safe, supportive housing for homeless and at-risk veterans. We work directly with VA Medical Centers to provide immediate placement and wraparound services.

Individuals with Disabilities
Residential care and supported living for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities — including deaf-blind individuals through our DBMD program.

Young Adults & Transitioning Youth
Life skills training and housing support for young adults aging out of foster care or transitioning to independent living — building confidence and self-sufficiency.

Every resident at Grace Trace Ministries receives their own private room. No dormitories. No shared beds. No shared sleeping spaces of any kind. Your space is your own — a private, dignified environment where you can rest, recover, and rebuild in peace.

Reentry Housing Program

Safe, structured transitional housing for returning citizens. Accountability, drug testing, employment assistance, and life skills training — while providing a safe environment to thrive in.

Veterans Transitional Housing

Immediate placement and supportive services for homeless veterans. VA coordination, benefits navigation, employment assistance, and a clear path to permanent housing.

DBMD Residential Care

Specialized residential care for deaf-blind individuals with multiple disabilities. Trained Interveners provide individualized communication support and daily care.

Disability Group Homes & Assisted Living

24-hour supervised residential care for adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities and elderly individuals requiring supported living.

Young Adults Independent Living Program

Life skills training, housing support, financial literacy, employment readiness, and meal preparation coaching for young adults building independence.

Intake ScreeningWe conduct a brief screening to confirm eligibility and program fit. Same-day intake is available when space allows.
