Erica Evans serves as Director of Residential Services for Grace Trace Ministries, where she oversees the quality of resident living environments and residential standards across every facility. She ensures residents receive a safe, welcoming, and well-managed living experience while ensuring each residence is organized, professionally maintained, and operated with consistency, upholding the high standards and quality of care that define Grace Trace Ministries.

Ialana Tippins serves as Director of Intake & Resident Relations for Grace Trace Ministries, where she oversees the resident intake process and helps create a welcoming, supportive experience from the first point of contact. She coordinates resident transportation, strengthens resident relationships, assists with community outreach, and ensures individuals receive the guidance needed to successfully transition into our programs.
