We serve returning citizens, homeless veterans, individuals with disabilities including deaf-blind individuals, and others who have been overlooked by our community.

Safe, structured housing for veterans experiencing homelessness. We work directly with VA Medical Centers across Texas to provide immediate placement, case management, employment assistance, and a clear path to permanent housing stability.
Transitional housing for individuals returning from incarceration. Our structured boarding homes provide accountability, drug testing, employment assistance, and life skills training to support successful reintegration into the community while providing a safe environment to thrive in.
Specialized residential care for deaf-blind individuals with multiple disabilities under the Texas Medicaid DBMD waiver. Our trained staff provide Intervener services, tactile communication support, and individualized care plans.
Licensed group homes and assisted living facilities for elderly individuals and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide 24-hour supervised care, personal support, and community integration services.
